Q: Order tracking and delivery issues

View your tracking number and order information . Login using the email you used to make the order. Tracking not updating: For NZ orders, we often don't see tracking update for at least 48 hours after your parcel is collected. For DHL Orders - we usually do not see any tracking updates until the order arrives at the Auckland sorting centre. The good news is that the order is still actively moving through the network - it's just a bit frustrating for those of us who like to always know where it's at. We can absolutely chase up a parcel with the carrier. If it's taken longer than expected - just let us know via the contact us form below and we'll raise a support request with the carrier. How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically ship NZ Orders from Sydney via Australia Post or DHL, though sometimes use other carriers.

Delivery times are based on your location. You can check exact delivery times via Australia Post Delivery Calculator by selecting "Overseas" and entering from postcode as "2015", then your postcode.

Do you offer Express Post?

We currently are't able to offer Express Post options for NZ orders.

Absolutely! We're an official Smiski and Sonny Angel NZ stockist. We only sell genuine blind boxes and accessories, made by Japanese creator Dreams Inc., that we receive through their exclusive NZ distributor FunkyFenix.

Are you getting the new Limited Edition Sonny Angel or Smiski series?

Yes, we are! As an official stockist for Smiski and Sonny Angel New Zealand, we always carry the latest limited editions.

While we don't always know the exact arrival date, joining our VIP Member list means you'll be the first to know about new launches and restocks, including popular items like Sonny Angel Hippers. You'll even get launch times to give you a better chance of grabbing these!

When is this Limited Edition / Sold out Sonny Angel Series return?

Sometimes it's a bit of a mystery, and even we don't know until you do! Sonny Angel Limited Edition blind boxes are often only released once. If they do return, we'll always post on our instagram as soon as we know.
