These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or territory of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction to ensure fairness and accessibility for all customers. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

Please note, nothing in this policy limits your rights to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or defective products.

SECTION 6 - ORDER LIMITS AND POLICY ENFORCEMENT

To ensure fairness and accessibility for all customers, we enforce strict purchase limits on select products.

As a small business, we take these measures to prevent people from taking advantage of highly in-demand products by buying in bulk and reselling them on marketplaces like eBay for incredibly inflated prices. We do our best to detect these practices, and when we identify such behaviour, we refund the orders to give true fans a fair chance to purchase the products. However, due to a recent surge in this behaviour, we are unable to sustain the costs of these refunds without implementing stricter policies.

These purchase limits mean you can only purchase items for yourself. Orders placed for multiple individuals or using multiple names will be subject to cancellation and refund. The order limits apply for 7 days from the time you place an order and will reset after this period.

Customers who deliberately attempt to bypass these limits by placing multiple orders under fake names, email addresses, or other fraudulent means will have all their orders cancelled and refunded. However, please note:

Payment Fees and Non-Refundable Charges

Payment processing fees incurred from third-party providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. These fees include:

Shopify Payments (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay): $0.30 per order + 1.6% of the order value. See Shopify Payments fees and non-refundable policy.
Afterpay: $0.30 per order + 6% of the order value. See Afterpay merchant fees and non-refundable policy.
PayPal: $0.30 per order + 2.6% of the order value. See PayPal fees and non-refundable policy.

Please note, these non-refundable fees are limited to the actual costs charged by our payment providers. They are not penalties but necessary to cover unavoidable costs incurred when processing refunds for orders that violate our policies. These measures help us maintain fairness and sustainability for all customers.

Example:

If Tony bypassed this limit and made an order for $100, and he paid using Afterpay, his refund would be calculated as follows:

Order value: $100
Non-refundable fees: $0.30 + 6% of $100 = $6.30
Refund amount: $100 - $6.30 = $93.70

SECTION 7 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product is not of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
